Larry, the world-famous cat who lives at 10 Downing St (the U.K. Prime Minister’s home and office) and serves his official duty as Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office caused a bit of controversy yesterday when he partook what’s being heralded as a “sit in” in response to President Trump’s visit to the U.K. As the Global News reported, Larry decided to “park his furry behind underneath the president’s limo” and then fell asleep. The armored vehicle (sometimes referred to as ‘The Beast’) couldn’t move with the cat underneath it, for fear it would be struck or injured. It’s unclear how long Trump’s motorcade was delayed, but eventually, the cat meandered off, ending his protest.
